We took on Antoine to specifically address software safety assurance for a large rail project. The software development was already reasonably progressed, but in need of independent software assurance and EN50128 compliance demonstration. Antoine demonstrated great ability to able join an established project (with existing working practices and procedures) and bolster the processes, plan and conduct audits and produce recommendations effectively, where others may easily have disrupted on-going work. Antoine was an effective software processes assessor and auditor. Antoine is able to progress issues effectively, with minimal supervision.
