Continuous Learning, Training and Certification Program

We reject stagnation and we strongly believe that Engineers/Managers need to be continuously trained, qualified and certified in order to master the state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies and provide the best-in-class engineering services to our clients.

Therefore, our consultants regularly complete the relevant training/learning courses and exams to be able to tailor and implement the best engineering practices and tools within our clients’ projects.

Please find below the professional and learning certificates that Pragmarc Team holds (this list of certificates is regularly updated since our staff is continuously training/learning during work and personal time).

Pragmarc Owner and Managing Director viewpoint: “We make a difference because we reject stagnation and we constantly improve by training ourselves throughout our career and by maintaining and validating our skills through management and engineering degrees and the most recognized professional certifications worldwide: this is currently reflected in the preparation of the INSA Lyon Engineer & Master’s Degrees (Number #1 Engineer’s Degree in France post high-school science diploma with honors), a valid PMP certificate (most challenging professional exam worldwide as per most of the management professionals trying to prepare and pass it, and to be renewed every 3 years by showing concrete improvement through 60 hours of training courses, professional publications, articles or thesis), the planned INSA Toulouse / Openclassrooms “C programming for Embedded System Engineering” project on STM32 microcontroller and related certificate to complete before EOF 2024, Openclassrooms “C programming” training course and certificate (almost completed), Automotive SPICE Assessor certificate from VDA-QMC (needed to be part of an ASPICE Assessment team), ISO 26262 Certified Functional Safety Engineer (CFSE) from TÜV SÜD (often a prerequesite to get Functional Safety contracts), CMMI Appraisal Team Member (Drove the main french Automotive Tier-1 to the compliance with CMMI L2, being the first one to achieve this key certification in France in 2007), Electronics and Agile SCRUM LinkedIn Learning certificates etc.

Also, our plan is to complete before end of 2024 or BOF 2025 the following training courses on the very complete and reliable training platform Udemy website:

Radiofrequency (as part of the preparation of the INSA Lyon Engineer’s Degree)

  • RF Fundamentals, Basic Concepts Components RAHRF101
  • Modulation and Digital Communications in RF RAHRF152
  • RF Design Theory and Principles RAHRF201
  • Advance Design System (ADS)  Basics and Applications RAHRF209-L
  • Receiver, Transmitter and Transceiver Architectures RAHRF409
  • Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Design Fundamentals RAHRF526
  • Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Design lab using ADS RAHRF526-L
  • Power Amplifier (PA) Design Fundamentals RAHRF562
  • Power Amplifier (PA) Design lab using ADS RAHRF562-L
