Antoine Del Piero Managing Director & Consultant
Antoine is the founder and Managing Director of Pragmarc Limited. He's got a Master's Degree (with honours) in Industrial Systems Engineering with focus on Embedded Systems & Local Networks from the University of Bordeaux. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Insititute), CFSE-Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV SÜD), and an ASPICE Provisional Assessor (VDA-QMC). On top of his management responsibilities within Pragmarc, Antoine provides consultancy services in Project/Product Management, System/Software/Hardware Engineering, Quality Assurance and Functional Safety for several clients in different industries (Automotive, Rail, Semiconductors, Air Transport IT & Telecom Systems, Aerospace, Defence, etc.).
Fanny Degus Finance Advisor
Fanny is a very experienced and skilled Finance Manager who acts as the Finance advisor of PragmARC in parallel of her permanent job in an American company based in Barcelona. She's got a Master's Degree in Economics and got the famous French DEC (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable). She is able to bring strong skills in several Accountancy regulations (UK, France, IFRS) which is very useful for our company since we work with clients and suppliers all over the world. She also showed very good team lead skills throughout her different jobs in France, Spain and in the UK. She helps our company making the right decisions in terms of Finance and Business Management. She also oversees our Accountancy supplier to make sure all Financials data are consolidated and up-to-date.
Orange Genie External Accountant
Orange Genie is the accountancy services provider of PragmARC: this company assigned one dedicated accountant to work with us (his/her name is confidential due to previous sensitive position at HMRC). This British Qualified Accountant is MAAT registered with AAT Accounting Body: he/she prepares and submits the accounts and the corporation tax return with HMRC and Companies House.
Odyssée Tonoukouen Web developer
Odyssée is the Web Developer who designed and developed PragmARC website based on the Specification provided by Antoine, our Managing Director: all tasks related to the Fixed Price Agreement, Specification, Design, Development, Testing, Acceptance and Maintenance of the website are being managed using Asana Project Management Tool. She specializes in WordPress development and has 7 years of experience under her belt. Versatile and always on the lookout for new technologies, she ensures the proper functioning of our site while adapting it to the appropriate security standards. Throughout its career, Odyssée has worked with several European and American companies in the realization of their digital projects (e-commerce, blogging, showcase site, etc.). Expert in natural referencing, she also takes care of the SEO referencing of these sites in order to increase turnover and customers.
